There are many different versions of Garam Masala. Ours is a potent blend of aromatic spices giving you the flavor of Northwestern India. Our Garam Masala is an amazingly versitile spice blend that we use in both savory and sweet cooking. Add it to a savory dish near the end of the cooking, such as a pinch dusted over pan seared scallops. Two teaspoons added to your favorite pumpkin, banana or spice bread recipe will provide you with a familiar yet enhanced flavor experience.

Garam masala
Of all of your wonderful spices, this is my favorite. It's perfect for roasted butternut squash, sweet potatoes and chicken or fish. I also buy it to give as gifts. Thanks!

Garam Masala
this is my second time ordering this spice...I stuck it out to the end using every last bit although it had lost most of it's pizzaz before then. The new tin is so much more fragrant with freshness plus!!!

I'm addicted
I made the recipe that Teeny Tiny posted for the apple butter and it was amazing! I can't stop making it! Going to be making several jars this year for Christmas Presents. The blend of spices can't be beat.

Organic Garam Masala
I used this in a wonderful coconut rice recipe recommended by Thora, Co-owner of The Teeny Tiny Spice Company, and this time I add the Garam Masala. I found that the longer I allowed the flavors to sit in the dish the more subtle the tastes were. The first day I could taste the mace but after a few days every flavor was subtle and tastier.

Unique surprising spice combination
I think this is one of your best spice mixes. I tried it in a sweet potato casserole for Christmas and it gave a unique kick to the dish that others could not figure out. The molasses cookies were also good.
