This is the best berbere spice blend I have used. Authentic level of spice. I have made doro wat with this and it turned out amazing. Also have been using this on fish and other chicken dishes..so delicious! Also love that it is organic!

Absolutely delicious. Loved it on chicken and pork (haven't tried it on other meats). Also, goes great with a carrot onion soup.

I love this mix. I use it on squashes/ corn and chicken prior to roasting or grilling. It's amazing. Spicy though ( which I love) so if tender mouthed use sparingly...

We originally purchased for an homemade ethiopian dinner, which we loved, but have found it to be a delightful spice for many other items. It has some heat but the complexity balances out. We have had other berbere seasonings, but this is by far the best. Our first purchase was the tin, but we went through it so quickly we bought the pound bag.

This is my second 22 ounce package. The first package I separated into small quantities of 10 Tablespoons each with an included recipe from 'Eating Well' and gave them out as Xmas presents. So, I had to order another. I recently served it to the members of my home owners association in an Ethiopian-Spiced Chicken Stew to rave reviews. Shipping was on time and well packaged.
