Really good stuff
I had bought a less expensive Berbere elsewhere but it wasn't nearly as good as this one. This is definitely worth the higher price.

if you like HOT Spice this is a keeper. when i got it i tried it on my tounge and 10 minutes later it was just starting to fade.
Love it. Don't buy the 2 1/2 once because it will not be enough. You will find recipes to use it. Buy the Pound package.

i love berbere!
i recently ordered the smaller tub of berbere and went through it in about two months. when i did the math about how much i use vs cost, going with the 1lb just made more sense. i use it in some traditional ethiopian dishes as well as substitute in other stews as well. It has such an amazing rich and spicy flavor I imagine we will be reordering this soon as well!
