Of the seven TT blends I have tried, I think this is my favorite. It is complex and versatile--somehow manages to be smooth and hot at the same time.

perfect amount of spice
With this spice mix,I made the best beef chili I've ever made,last night! It's also very tasty as a dry run to prep a roast beef. Delicious.

Perfection Says It All!
This is a great, spicy/hot rub that gives meat, poultry, and fish a flavor boost. I haven't tried it yet in chili, but I will. A terrific addition to my spice drawer.
