Ras el Hanout brings the flavors of the ancient spice routes into your kitchen. This spice mix is a true meeting of East and West with a brilliant combination of floral and spice tones with just a hint of heat. We love to add it to slow cooked stews and legumes, rice or couscous.

Ras el Hanout - LOVELY!!
I think this was one of the first I bought. When I opened it, I immediately thought, "this will be amazing on chicken or fish!" I've added it to lots of different dishes, most recently the "Irish Fish Pie" recipe from this site. SO TASTY!

Love these spice blends
We cook a lot with Ras el Hanout because of our Blue Apron meals. Not wanting to buy all the spices required to make Ras el Hanout, we found this great blend from Teeny Tiny Spice Co. We also really enjoy the Organic Za'atar one. Highly recommend!

Ras el Hanout
OMG I made a delicious boneless pork chop using Ras el Hanout. Dredged the meat in flour and spice then seared. Remove the meat from the pan to finish and then make a pan sauce with the drippings, butter, honey and apple cider vinegar and a little chicken broth. YUM!

I love this blend of exotic ingredients !
I love this spice, I have ordered it a few times now. I saute chicken in olive oil and then simply sprinkle the spices over it and let it cook at bit. The chicken becomes almost caramelized with the spice if you let it cook enough and it does not dry out. Fantastic flavor....I use a lot because I love spicy and hot. Served with jasmine rice and steamed broccoli ...it is perfect

Just doesn't get any better.
Ras el Hanout is great stuff. That this is gluten free for my 'celiac' friend is fantastic. It's 'earthy', warm, but not too hot and a blessing for root vegetables.

Delightful flavor with heat
I use this in squash and it's a favorite in my West African Peanut soup. I use it to add heat and a depth of flavor that surpasses the recipe's called for Sriracha hot sauce. I love sprinkled with butter on top of a roasted sweet potato.

Awesome blend of spices
Just made a yummy roasted veggie dish with your Ras el Hanout. Cut haricots, zucchini, mushrooms & dates (what was in the fridge) tossed in Lucini Lemon Olive oil sprinkled with Ras el Hanout. DELICIOUS!!! Just the right amount of sweet and spice.

Wonderful new taste
I used 3 tablespoons to flavor an all vegetarian filling for 4 large stuffed peppers. Probably the best I ever made.
