My New Favorite
Excuse me. This is rocking. First of all, I learned about the Uygar people (thanks, Google). And the flavor of this blend is totally unique. I love the birdseye chili and the Szechuan peppercorn - the heat of these rides nicely over the bed of warming spices like ginger, star anise and cardamom. Great combination. Used it in beef meatballs so far, and that worked well. I'm thinking lamb, venison, duck...looking forward to playing with this one. Thanks TTS! This is a winner!
